- Payment Options
Payment can be made via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) once you have accepted our quote
- Shipping Info
We have two shipping options available, which all depend on your location and the weight of your package. On our Add to Quote form please indicate whether you wish to use your own Courier service or ours. Additional charges may apply
We make use of Time Freight Couriers or Kargo National which deliver to your door or the nearest depot depending on the delivery selected during checkout.
We fill all in-stock orders as soon as possible. Due to normal variations in order volume, this may be up to 3 business days. We make no guarantee of same-day shipping. Once your order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email, with tracking information if applicable, will be sent.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders. All invoices to be settled before shipment commences
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We will file claims for those that are insured. Please contact us directly to initiate a claim. We will not be responsible for incorrect spelling of street names resulting in failed deliveries. Any packages undelivered will be sent to the previously selected courier counter and it is your responsibility to track the package once it has been sent. You will be liable for any extra costs incurred due to undelivered packages.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate and is included in the Product`s quoted price
If you wish to make use of your own Courier service a further discount may be negotiated. To get a quote on courier charges we will gladly supply you with all the necessary weight and size dimensions. However we are not to be held responsible if such dimension turns out to be inaccurate.
AutoEquip-Online is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If you refuse to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and a 15% handling fee will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to you.
Shipping Options
We are closed on Weekends, public holidays and long weekends.
Domestic (South Africa)
This is for shipping addresses within South Africa. We make use of 4 major Courier services. Due to the volume of work we supply them we get a special discount. You are welcome to arrange your own couriers for collection, please indicate during our quotation process in order to receive our best possible price, excluding transport of course.
International
This is for any shipping address outside South Africa. Currently we do not offer any courier options for international deliveries. If you are an export customer please contact our office to arrange the courier service. We have multiple international courier companies for various other countries and will therefore be more than willing to assist you to arrange the best cost effective method of transport. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier service to pick up the package at our central warehouse.
- Dispatch
Goods will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from the receipt of payment, provided all items are in stock. Upon dispatch, the customer will be notified via email which will include a tracking number to track their package online. Same day shipping is not guaranteed, but in certain cases this is possible and is implemented whenever we are able to.
- Pricing
Prices are only valid on an official pro forma invoice and no oral quote will be accepted. Please note due to the Rand vs other Currency exchange volatility subject to change without prior notice. Therefore prices are subject to stock availability and valid for only 7 days from quotation. If there is a price increase or decrease you will be notified when receiving your pro-forma invoice from one of our representatives.
- Out of stock and Pre-Order items
Items that are listed as pre-order have various lead times depending on the size, weight and supplier. We recommend contacting our office to inquire about the exact lead time and ordering method of items that are listed as pre-order. Out of stock items may be placed on backorder, for lead time on these products please contact our office. If we cannot deliver within our promised timeframe due to stock availability, you reserve the right to cancel the outstanding order. All items delivered on a particular order cannot be cancelled due to Out of Stock items. A 15 % handling fee applies to all correctly supplied products excluding shipping costs
- Limitations
In no event shall AutoEquip-Online or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the products on AutoEquip-Online`s Internet site, even if AutoEquip-Online or a AutoEquip-Online authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
- Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on AutoEquip-Online`s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AutoEquip-Online does not warrant that any of the products on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. AutoEquip-Online may make changes to the products contained on its web site at any time without notice. AutoEquip-Online does not, however, make any commitment to update the products or prices on a regular basis.
- Returns
Should we quote you on goods that are specially imported and/or manufactured for you, and you accept the quote via payment or by an official order, it means that your order is Non-Cancellable and the goods are Non-Returnable.

AutoEquip-Online has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by AutoEquip-Online of the site. Use of any such linked web sites is at the user’s own risk.
